I got the inspiration from a part of Ocarina of Time manga... Link's talking to Sheik, and he says he's not complaining about his destiny... "Everyone had those 7 years... but I didn't..."

To put it another way... imagine you're a 10 year old, and then you pull out a sword of a pedestal and wake up knowing that now you're 7 years older. Not only that... but your country is in war, and you're the only one able to return peace. Now... after the shock of having lost all that time, the first thing you hear is that you've got the biggest responsibility you may get...and it's all in your hands. Kind of shocking and depressing, huh? That is what I'm trying to express with this fanart. Link got emo and only Navi and Epona are there for him. I also discovered I had no capless Link fanart, so this was a nice opportunity. ^_^

I drew it with pencil, scanned it, digitalized the lineart, and colored with Photoshop CS. This is also my first fanart made with my awesome tablet-chan!!! XD It's so cool!!! It makes me want to keep on drawing and drawing!

Anyway, this time, I used at least two of tutorials, the one for the hair and another for the lighting. Thank you very much!!! ^_^
