I just love the TP version of the Great Fairy, so it's only fair I made a drawing of her. I used this water tutorial: [link]
And I also used some textures from CGtextures.com for the background. I hope you like it in spite of my laziness to do backgrounds.
I know the way her legs are is a bit difficult to imagine, but try it and you'll see it is actually possible to do this pose. It's uncomfortable, but possible
I wanted her to be kneeling, but in a more bizarre way, so that's why I came up with that pose.
